Survivor Rights in Criminal Court

At Maitri, we support survivors journeying through legal systems whether they are willing participants or find themselves trapped in it. This is true in situations involving the police and the criminal justice system more than others. We partnered with the Pro Bono Project and created the FAQS for survivors involved with the criminal justice systems and translated them in several South Asian languages.
